Boot Camp classes are a great way to get in shape while having fun and interacting with other people with similar goals as you. It is also a great way to burn body fat and lose weight. Boot camp classes are an excellent option for people who do not want to spend much money and prefer to work out with groups of people. Classes are done in a group format with five or more people outside your typical gym. Functional movements (body weight) are the main force of resistance, along with resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells etc. Martial Arts movements are also weaved into the classes.

All Boot Camp classes are created from the foundation of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) evidenced-based OPT- Model.
