About Nutrition Counselling

Available for people needing help following meal plans or being consistent with workout routines. I will use PN’s evidence-based Level 2 system, which uses Motivational Interviewing (MI) and the Stages of Change, to help get clients past the roadblocks causing them to not follow through with their fitness and nutrition goals. This is offered in a 1:1 counselling format.
