About Personal Training
Offered 1:1 sessions in a gym using machines and free weights. This type of training is ideal for people who want to build more muscle and focus on targeting specific muscle groups. Clients will get personal 1:1 attention for one hour, focusing on correct posture and technique to avoid injuries.
Personal Training
The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and its evidenced-based OPT-Model will be used to create individualized program design plans. It is recommended to pair all personal training sessions with a nutrition program to increase the training program’s success.
Different personal training packages are offered with nutrition programs included and on their own. Personal training may be provided in person or virtually online.
